All PPS Members (Diplomates, Fellows, and Emeritus Fellows) are REQUIRED to attend the business meeting to remain in good standing. A PPS member is a pediatrician who has been INDUCTED into the society.
Zoom links will be sent to each member's personal email address on record no later than May 15, 2023.
Yes. As the email list will come from the members who registered to the convention, please fill up the google form that will be posted on the PPS main website.
Yes, a link to a Google form will be provided. This will be posted on the PPS main website as well as the convention website. Please fill up the form only after checking your inbox and spam folder for the email which contains the link.
Please make sure that your personal email address matches the one you submitted to PPS / Docquity during registration. If it matches, please check your inbox and spam folders. If still not there, please fill up the google form so the link can be resent to you.
Please go to the email invite and click on “Click to Join”. Please make sure you are signed in to your personal zoom account.
One does not need to do anything for your presence to be recorded. The Child Health Informatics Committee can get the data of your attendance from zoom meeting attendance log which records all zoom accounts that log in.
No. Everyone should log in individually using their personal zoom accounts in order for your presence to be recorded.

You have to write a letter to the National Secretary to explain the reason of why you were not able to attend.
The Annual Report will be uploaded to the PPS website. A QR code will also be flashed on the screen during the Business Meeting for easy access.
