- The module will interpret their DiSC Profile (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) and link this to being Clinician, Social Mobilizer, Educator, Manager and Researcher.
- Applications can be made to managing self, managing staff, interpersonal relationships and figuring patients/kids out towards desired patient outcomes.
