Registration Guidelines
A. PPS is now accepting payments for Annual Dues (PPS members ONLY), Pre-Convention and Annual Convention Registration Fees for PPS and Non-PPS members.
B. FOR PPS MEMBERS, PAYMENT OF ANNUAL DUES IS A PREREQUISITE FOR ANNUAL CONVENTION REGISTRATION
- Members are encouraged to settle and update their annual dues on or before December 15, 2022.
- To check your financial statement:
- Log in at the PPS website (pps.org.ph),
- Click on member’s corner
- Click on financials
- View transaction history for annual dues
- OR you may visit or call the PPS Secretariat at 09175501253 and look for Ms. Cristina Trucilla
C. The following are the payment options
- Over the counter payment
- PPS Office (Kalayaan Ave, Quezon City)
- PPS Chapter Treasurer
- China Banking Corporation:
- Account Name: Philippine Pediatric Society, Inc
- Account Number: 3180015116 (Annual Dues)
- Account Number: 3180015132 (Registration Fee)
- Personal GCash account may be used to transfer payments to China Banking Corporation
- Docquity Payment Portal via Xendit (online payment only)
- Accepts credit cards (local and foreign)
- Minimal processing fee will apply
- The Docquity microsite will only accept payments for both the annual dues and registration fee. Registration will not proceed if only 1 payment (ex: Registration fee only) is made.

* Members are encouraged to settle and update their annual dues on or before
- Residents and fellows in training are required to submit certificate of training signed by their respective Chairs or Training Officers to avail of discounted fees
- Government physicians (non-member) and allied health professionals must show certificate of employment and/or employment ID
E. For payments done at China Banking Corporation (online/over the counter) and GCash, please email to ppsaccdept@gmail.com with the following details:
Subject: Annual Dues/Annual Convention/Preconvention fee
- Indicate your full name and PRC number
- Itemized payment
- Transaction slip screenshot
- Employment ID for government physicians and allied health professionals/student ID screenshot
- Hospital affiliation
*Acknowledgement of payment will be sent thru email within 7 working days
E. ALL MUST REGISTER ONLINE.
- Register using this link: https://pps.org.ph/60th-pps-annual-convention-registration/ which can also be found on the PPS website.
- For PPS members, registration will not proceed if annual dues are not yet paid.
- It does not mean that just because you paid your registration fee, you already have access to the convention. Again, you still need to REGISTER ONLINE to access the convention.
- Please provide needed information in the online registration form including bank transaction details (date and reference numbers, screenshots of your payment)
- Use your personal e-mail when you register
- Register your mobile number which will be used to access the convention via the DOCQUITY app along with the official registered name.
- Indicate whether you will attend the convention virtually or face to face. The face to face format will be limited to 3000 attendees only on a First come First serve basis.
- You will receive a notification e-mail immediately if your registration was received. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 1 month if your registration is successful. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it within 1 month. If none, please contact the PPS Secretariat.
